Affordable housing in collaboration with other non-profits and government agencies
We will ensure that the Montgomery County housing codes are maintained in a safe, sanitary fashion; and, we will work with residents through Montgomery County to correct problems that may contribute to the physical decline of residential living. Individuals wishing to participate in the transitional housing program and the education and support program will be required to fill out an intake form and undergo an initial assessment.

Educational and Support Programs; Job Skill Training to improve quality of life
Throughout the program, single parents will have access to educational and support programs as well as job skill training via social media, and networking with other nonprofit organizations. The organization will also set aside the lower level of the facility to serve as a conference and meeting hall. By providing these programs, OJT will help individuals to regain their self-sufficiency and independent lifestyle, thus improving their quality of life.

Day Care Provider to ensure that participants have access to affordable, convenient and safe child care
OJT will provide a Day Care in the lower level of the building. It will specialize in the instruction of children from ages 6 months to 5 years in accordance with the Montessori philosophy and curriculum. The student will be prepared academically, socially, and emotionally for the maturity that is required for them to make a smooth transition to public or private elementary schools.
